Description

No matter where you are, your vehicle is never far away with the Uconnect® App.
Owners of vehicles equipped with Uconnect + SiriusXM Guardian* connected services, or earlier vehicles with Uconnect Access* connectivity can take advantage of the following services designed to make your life easier:
- Lock or unlock your car from virtually anywhere
- Start your car & cancel start remotely
- Flash the lights & sound the horn to help find your car
- Locate your car on a map using Vehicle Finder
- Send a destination to your car’s navigation system using Send & Go[1]
- Family Drive Alerts provides notifications for Boundary, Curfew, Speed and Valet.
Vehicles equipped with connected services will have an ASSIST and SOS/9-1-1 button on or above the rear view mirror inside the vehicle (excludes FIAT 500e).
To log into the Uconnect app, use the same email and password created when setting up your account on the Mopar Owner Site.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
To have command start on your phone your charged $30/month!
My free trial has expired and this is what they want!
I want to mention that my parents GMC app is NOT subscription based and they are able to command start, door and see info about their vehicles.
The app honestly doesn’t warrant $2 per month. It doesn’t offer anything worth $30/month.

It doesnt work. “There are no active subscription available” yet mopar.ca says i have an active subscription. You guys need to put the app down for maintenance and just rest the whole damn thing.

Ye i logged out waited 24 hours then tried again.
Yes i called siriusxm guardian and everyone there clearly has no idea what to do.

No i havent gotten a response, its been a week.
To everyone looking for an easy way to use convenient features for your truck dont expect this app to work the way its supposed to. The customer care is garbage and 99% of their responses are their own emotions to make it feel like theyre trying but then they read scripted responses.

It starts the vehicle but no indication and takes forever. To open and close locks is horrible. No indication and take several minutes to lock or unlock. Needs to be more like other vehicles (gmc app) if they can make it a quicker (reasonable) response and show proper indications when a vehicle is doing the function you ask I would consider.

Overall it works - albeit it’s often slow to respond for Sirius XM Guardian inputs such as locking unlocking / starting. The companion app for service and health status isn’t available for Use in Canada - guess us Canadians who buy trucks don’t count. Having used Fords version (Fordpass) I can say Ford version is much better. FCA’s app development team could put a few more hours into this and it would be much better. Adding the ability to turn on/off defrost / rear window defrost, temp etc would also be great for remote starting. There’s a lot of potential here - let’s hope they read this.

Got a week free trial and it was nice enough I guess? I like the abilities but it was slow and often didn’t accept my PIN.
We already spent close to a hundred grand on a Grand Cherokee SRT and now the company wants us to also pay to use the app? The app for Ford is free and works much better and is more user friendly.

This app does not work!! Today I was unable to unlock my car, I was in a parking lot in 36 degree Celsius weather and the nearest roadside assistance to help me get I to my car was 45 minutes to an hour away! Unsafe! Marketing and selling this app is disgraceful and fraudulent! I will be contacting Jeep to discuss returning my Jeep so I can purchase a car with a working a reliable app!

I have used the app for the first year that you get the free trial for and have to say that I would not pay to use it every time I go to start the vehicle I have to enter hit start twice and enter the code because no matter what you do it will always fail the first time my wife has the Chevy app and hers works flawlessly plus it also tells her what the fuel levels are tire pressure and much more the app has a lot of potential but at this time you are better off just using your fob not worth the 25 dollars a month for an app the does not work

If you fix the issue, you won’t need to try to save clients because the clients won’t leave but this product is so trash & instead of focusing on what’s important (the product), SiriusXM/Uconnect is just focusing on keeping a customer by offering better priced packages or free months of service. Even at a better price or even if the months are free, if the product doesn’t work then what’s the point.

Chrysler should really look at what the competitors are doing with their apps. Locking, unlocking, starting etc there is no indication other than some message “command received” did it go through, do I have to hit the button and wait 45seconds again????? Redesign and start over. Prime example look at Ford leaps and bounds above this!!!

Every time you use it to lock or unlock your door, it takes 2 times. First time says “request failed” second time it works. Worst thing is after locking or unlocking it doesn’t tell you the status of the locks. So did it work or didn’t it? I want the app to say “doors locked” or “ doors unlocked”.

No option to delete my last vehicle from the app. Had to make several calls and spent some time on hold before speaking with anyone. New vehicle info won’t load up. Takes nearly a minute for remote functions to work (when they work...). For a relatively simple app to be this crappy and poorly managed is quite disappointing. I wouldn’t pay $1 per month for this garbage.
