Free app is useless

Literally no features with the free app. Just hassles to go premium. Bait app.

Free version is garbage

There are so many free apps available that give you details (what specifics are high for the day).
I get wanting to be paid for your work. But just make it a paid app instead of having a free version.

How do you sync across devices

Where on app is sign in? I downloaded premium on iPad. App simultaneously down loaded to iPhone but is in Free Mode. No setting to adjust this. What do I do?

Provides actual pollen data

I have used this app every day of the pollen and fungal spore season for the past two years. It is the only app I have found that seems to provide actual data. I have already narrowed down the spores and pollens that affect me most. Now I use the forecast and daily counts to plan around the worst pollen times. This app makes living with allergies significantly better.

Buyer beware

I purchased this app with high hopes but was greatly disappointed. Im able to get more information from local weather apps. I requested a refund and the developer informed me i needed to request it from itunes. Itunes informed me i don't qualify for a refund. If you have 20 dollars to throw away, go ahead and purchase this. To the developer, in an email you asked how u could improve the app... perhaps study some of the US Allergy apps with the high ratings that provide information, details, and have better layouts. You appear to have focused you attention on your background effects instead of content or usability.

Easy to use, and Useful

I had issues activating the trial, but tech support was great. They got it sorted out quickly from their end, and communicated kindly and efficiently, and everything is working great. Hopefully I don't have any more issues but if I do I’m sure they’ll get things sorted.
The Premium features working well.
I was able to add and search info from previous days/weeks which is great, especially when I’m getting started.
The charts (data visualizer) is helpful for quick glance reference.
Since I am still trying to figure out what my triggers are, (to take Better advantage of the forecasts) It would be even better if I could see my symptom summary graph overlapping the allergen graph, but for now I can see selected allergens and medication use on one graph and my overall symptom rating on another, so at least the info is there.
Overall an easy to use, useful app worth getting.

Scam

Paid for a year’s subscription, but after about one month it booted me off all the subscription features and demanded I pay (again) for premium access. No option in app to refresh purchase, so you need to contact support directly to get it fixed. It seems to be working now.
It’s a pretty good app, though a bit buggy/non-responsive when trying to log symptoms, and at least one type of pollen in list could not be added to pollen screen. Only lists brand name medication, not by ingredient (e.g. lists Benadryl, but not diphenhydramine hydrochloride) so if you use generic you’ll need to find out the trade name. Recent upgrade means you don’t have to narrow your types of pollen down to five anymore.

Premium version: Nice idea, needs expansion for true value.

Great idea for the premuim version provides forecasts of specific allergens AND track medications so a user can output real data about what wirks as they manage their allergy symptoms.
The reason for the 3-star review is that the maximum number of allergens is 5, as is the number of medications.
I have 8 medications I can deploy to manage symptoms and have 11 environmental allergens I would like to track. Limits of 5 items means the information I tracked is incomplete so not useful to me.

Very impressed with premium version

The ability to track which pollens are currently in season is great in the premium version! Just what I was looking for. (Force-quit and reopen updated the version from free to premium for me, an issue other reviewers complained about.) Suggest the developers add snow mold spore data (a common allergen on the Prairies).

Premium version is a Ripoff!

The app promises premium features but after you pay, you are stuck with free version and it never upgrades to premium.
There is no button to restore subscriptions just to subscribe and you just paid $20 for nothing.

Show actual pollen count not meaningless categories

Low means between 0 and 20 pollen grain per cubic meter of air
Moderate is 21-80
High is 80-100
Very high is 100+
I will react (ragweed allergy) differently at 21 compared to 80 and I adjust my meds accordingly.
Back when actual values were published, pollen count in my city often reached over 400. I took 4 Allegras instead of the normal 2 I usually take when it’s at around 100
Bring back the ACTUAL, FACTUAL data and I might consider the Premium subscription. Until then this app is completely useless to me.

Free version not any more useful than The Weather Network

I was hoping this app might at least show a more granular (haha) version of what pollens were part of the overall daily rating because the Weather Network simply lists “cedar, juniper, etc” and I have been trying to find out what the “etc” might refer to. Unfortunately, it doesn’t even go that far with the free version. I don’t need any of the Premium features other than a more detailed listing of the most active pollens, so I will be uninstalling :(

Does not work at all!

Just installed the new "revamped" version on my iPad2 and all I got was a blue screen with word LOADING... which never went away!
Looks like the app was inadequately tested before being released!

Awesome app for allergy sufferers

Great app! An allergy sufferer for years, I love how the premium version allows me to see specific pollen levels that I am allergic too.
Checking the app has now become part of my morning routine! It's great to know how my allergies will act up that day so I can arm myself with the tools to get through the day.
