How to use Circuit - Route Planner, to plan a route:
• Enter the addresses of the route you need to visit.
• Optimize the route.
• One-click navigate to the first stop.
• Arrive at location
• Return to route optimiser and check off the stop by tapping the row

I work for a larger parcel delivery company and I use it on a daily basis and rely on the app heavily. I’ve been using it for about 3 months and it works only partially. For an app that is outrageously expensive, you’d expect way better but it’s actually pretty bad. I’m constantly re-optimizing my stops, at least 10 times per shift, the guide line disappears, you can’t really pick in what order you’d like to go (farthest to closest or vise-versa). It says that it saves time and it’s the case sometimes. I’ll always end up back tracking because the app just decides that it doesn’t know where the stop is and stacks a bunch of stops all together then you can’t see where the next stop is. I wouldn’t suggest to buy this app MONTHLY for 25$ for less than perfect performance. There are definitely bugs that need to be worked out.

I started working in a town I didn’t know and this tool has become an essential component of my day to day. Even when I know where something is, having it all displayed in front of me helps me stay focused and serves as a reminder. It also saves a huge amount of time in planning my rout and modifying it throughout the day as more calls come in.
11/10 would recommend. Well worth the cost.

This app has been invaluable in assisting me with smoothly learning a package delivery job. I’ve come to rely on its efficiency even as I begin to learn my area enough to survive without it.
The subscription price is steep, but the extra fluidity it provides is worth it. However, there is one thing I would like fixed: I often do 2-5 routes per day as I section off areas I deliver to, and every time I clear a route, it asks me if it saved time, with the option to say yes, no, or skip, and this prompt itself wastes time. It would save more time to simply not be asked. I understand that this information is important for the AI to determine how to improve routes. As a paying user, I’d like this prompt to stop appearing, even in the form of an option I can toggle on or off.

The app is good and has helped me to finish my deliveries. The only problem This app has is that , it continuously deletes my stops.
I work for UPS and if I have 50 boxes with different addresses, at the end of my route I end up up having 10 boxes left... In the beginning I thought i made a mistake adding the info into the app but the problem keeps happening.
Other drivers at ups have the same problem

Started running a delivery service during Covid and was a little put off by the high upfront cost of Circuit, but it probably saves me about an hour each day I’m on delivery, probably 4-5 hours per week. Easily worth the cost. It links up with the NAV system in my car seamlessly. Love Circuit! Told all my friends about it.

It only makes mistakes occasionally. Usually when it does it’s not the street location but rather the house number.
Sometimes it confuses it self when stop and starting. It will send you south and re route you north. Only occasionally.

Helps decrease delivery times. No glitches or bugs in performance so far. In the future, it would be awesome if the duplicate feature allows you to duplicate only a particular section of your route. For example, if you have set a route to start from point 1 to point 18, a future function could allow you to duplicate only point 7-12 etc. Otherwise five stars.

I’ll only be using this app during these strange COVID-19 times. I volunteer for a low-cost, high-volume veterinary clinic that serves rescues and low-income individuals. In order to prevent as much contact with clients as we can (for our safety and theirs), we are offering free pet prescription delivery during the outbreak. This app saves me a ton of time, but the cost is exorbitant.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. The app worked great until the free trial ran out. Once the first payment of $28.24 came out the app no longer works and just crashes and closes. Seriously annoyed and upset with this and will be seeking for a full refund. Lastly before the payment came out it was being offered for $15 but yet charged me almost double the price.

I’ve been using this app as a courier for over six months now. It’s a great way to organize/optimize your day of deliveries, especially if you’ve never been on the particular route you’ve been assigned. It’s simple to use and the monthly cost is affordable considering it relieves the daily stress of route planning. For app improvements: I suggest a way to colour code entries, indicating a piece of letter mail or a box is required at that stop, and fix the app crash that occurs when you try to delete a route that is no longer required. Otherwise, this is a fantastic app and I highly recommended it to new couriers.

Very easy to use however, the cost is high for the flaws it comes with. There’s been a few times where it’s directed me to bypass a location that was on my list, or send me from one end of my route, directly to the other (bypassing several streets that were on my route). I also wish I didn’t have go back and forth between my waze and the app in order to get the next location. I’m going to try the trial and Google Maps to see if that changes anything.
