The casting keeps dropping out when watching live

It seems that for the last 5 or 6 weeks (that I have noticed) when you are watching footy 'live', or watching a live game when you select to play from start, the the casting connection keeps failing and the app needs to be closed and restarted.
You really need to fix this before the finals!! What did you do in the last update?

Time to step up the resolution

Good app, but time to increase the resolution from 720p to 1080p 50fps like people in Australia can get on Kayo Sports. Stop charging overseas fans top dollar for middle of the road quality. Games that are filmed in 4K would be nice too since international fans don’t have access to Foxtel Satellite.

Unstable streaming

BEWARE - no returns and terrible customer service

I have paid for this service for two years running but had decided not to get it this year. I was unaware that my yearly ‘subscription’ was set to auto-renew and so when I saw it was charged again, I immediately made contact with customer service to let them know I didn’t want the service this year. I can’t tell you my shock when they refused a refund, even though I immediately made contact with them. They also claimed they sent me a reminder email, which they never did. I sent them proof and was simply refused with no explanation. Terrible customer service! I absolutely do not recommend this app.

Good Improvements, Big Drawback

I live in Canada and have previously subscribed to AFL Global Watch. I like that the broadcasts include all the pre-game and post-game coverage as well as the commentary during the breaks. It was nice to be able to watch quarter by quarter but if I have to choose between that and getting all of the coverage before and after the game and in the breaks, I’ll take the additional coverage. I’ll even take the ads in order to get the additional coverage. I also like being able to watch all of the footy shows.
The big negative (huge negative) is not being able to download the games as in the previous app. I don’t always have wifi and I fly a lot. This would be perfect for watching during travel but I can’t currently do that unless I purchase wifi (expensive) on the plane. Please return this feature to the app. It may be the deciding factor for future subscriptions.

Good but not great

I live overseas and have been an AFL subscriber for several years. When Fox took over from Telstra I contacted the new operators to ensure they would incorporate several features from the Telstra app into the new one. I was assured, on two separate occasions, that it would be done. My review is based on what we have following the promises.
Pros. The picture and match coverage is superb. Commentary and analysis is top notch.
The ability to watch all the footy shows is a bonus addition.
Cons. The advertisements! I didn't pay a king's ransom to watch ads designed for the Australian consumer. We don't have Bunnings and all the others here in Canada so why are we subjected to them at all. Didn't happen on Telstra.
It's not possible to clearly delineate each quarter of a match. It is necessary to try and manipulate the slider in the hopes of getting it to stop at an appropriate spot in order to watch. The Telstra app presented the coverage in separate quarters so all I had to do was activate the quarter I wished to watch.
The last concern which was available on the other app was the ability to download a match and watch while travelling away from wifi. The lack of this feature is a definite minus, especially as plane travel etc. presents a great opportunity for this.
I wouldn't be so negative, except the Fox reps promised these features would be included. Maybe they are working on them as I speak.
In summary: good but not great! There is room for improvement.

Really Bad App

Crashes every time I open it, won't connect to Apple TV, wouldn't even let me sign in! This better get fixed as soon as possible or you're going to have a lot of irate international customers!
