Terrible app
Bluetooth pairing dropped. Have tried repeatedly to re-pair, delete app and reinstall. Shows device in Bluetooth on iPhone but continuous “unsuccessful pairing” error. Very frustrating.

Great device for the first few days. If I have to forget device and re-sync it looses all previous readings. The BP Monitor works great but I bought it for the syncing of previous readings.

Lost all data!
With recent update not able to open the app for a few weeks
Then when it opened it took multiple tries over several days before it opened up
Then it appeared to have lost my BP history…….
The main point of an app like this is having the ability to review one’s BP changes over time.
How could I trust this version?

Aside from the horrendous lack of data privacy, the software randomly refuses to connect, loses settings, and looks as though it was designed by a child.

App Finally Working After Years of Spotty Functionality 🤞
I have struggled with this app as it more often than not does not transfer readings. This latest update in October 20 25 seems to have fixed it, but the jury is out if this will continue based on past history for now, I’ll give it four stars as soon as they ruin it again I will change my review.

I have been using Omron BP monitors since abt 5 years. Omron seems to have the best accuracy compared to other brands. Highly recommended!

Privacy
App will ask for permission to transfer your health data to the US. If you don’t click the box, you cannot use any of wi fi features of the device.

there are better options
The Bluetooth connection is easily lost, it is difficult to re-pair the devices, I had to restore everything to factory settings so that it would let me pair with my phone again, it keeps showing me error E, which has to do with the bracelet, but when I check that it is correctly placed, there are no leaks in the hose, what I do is turn it off and back on several times until it works. Anyway, there are better options, this brand and this application are not as good, it is not worth paying a subscription for something so mediocre.

Latent update screw login. Dis this in the last 24 hours
The last 2 updates in the last 24 hours screw the login. It reset username ans password and also. FaceID. No way to Connect to my account. The password recovery never send a link in my email account. I create a new login account and it work. The next Day after another upgrade , again it reset my usename and password. Cant log in to the new created account. So I tried my previous login and it work ! When it aint broken don’t fix it !

Pretty poor
After this most recent update I can no longer login into my account… Overall pretty poor app, it does sync your measurements to Apple health , when logging in works but that’s about it. Paid features are laughable and some other basic stuff such as BMI calculations doesn’t work because there is no way to input your height manually and app is dumb enough to not be able to pull this data from Apple Health while being able to pull weight. Long way to go before this is anything but just to way to sync your BP measurements, again, assuming you can log into your account which is not a given.

Latest update to IOS 26
I tried to connect to the program after updating to IOS 26 on my iPad. It just froze on the screen and went nowhere. Then came this update a few minutes ago, which I did. It will now get to the part asking for my email and password, which it will no longer accept and I can’t get into the program at all now

The newest version gets stuck at the step where you need to agree to updated terms. The terms never load and the Submit button remains disabled. Do they even test these things?

Not compatible with iPhone 16
The title says it all.
The app can be downloaded onto the iPhone 16, but the app/phone will not pair with the Platinum Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor.
Only compatible up to iPhone 15.

Poor performance, crashing constantly
Downloaded app to work with a OMRON Bluetooth BP monitor. App crashes once every use. No 3rd party sync options available in Canada, so can’t use to sync with apple health, main reason I wanted app. No replies from OMRON heath as to reasons. Had to download another app to use for sync options, (it works fine to sync and no crashing)

Really permissive Privacy Policy
Took the time to read the privacy policy. It is REALLY permissive. I’m glad we now have an option to opt-out of cloud data sync, and also ask NOT to share/sell our data, but I am shocked that an health app I have been using with my PHI had given themselves the right to share/sell my data since the beginning. This should have never been the case. Same with location and IP address. They state that location is required by the app to sync with the device through Bluetooth, which is ok, but then state in the privacy policy that they collect this location data and IP address?!?! I’ll be honest, I regret buying this device. Next time I’ll go with a more expensive device, but one that has better data privacy policies.

Crappy App
The app is crappy. I have to pull a battery after I use the monitor to stop it cycling on and off endlessly. When I use the monitor I must reinsert the battery and setup the monitor again. I contacted Omron support but never got a response.
A year ago there was a different app issue which took them months to fix.
I have had enough of screwing around with the crappy app.
So to address this I have purchased a different monitor that is NOT an Omron.

Not impressed with update
Lost all historical data after update, new GUI is not user friendly, now have to pay a monthly subscription? Was going to upgrade to a newer BP machine from Onrom but not now. Most likely will go with Whitings.

Notes not exporting
When exporting blood pressure to excel or PDF, the notes associated with the readings do not export. Note field just reads Truread. We need the notes also.

Forced sign up to OMRON account
Formerly, the app worked on my phone with no sign in to an Omron account. Now an account sign in is required – which suggests the data is no longer stored solely on the phone. This is unacceptable. I will enter my data directly into Apple health.

New app update broke BT connection
The previous app was working fine. After updating to the new version, the Bluetooth connection was severed and following all published steps to repair/reconnect doesn’t solve it. Very disappointing. Now I have to spend time troubleshooting that was working just fine before.

NO MORE OMRON!
Here are my issues: 1, App update deleted all of my previous recordings...WELL DONE OMRON..DESTROYED 1 YEAR WORTH OF RECORD KEEPING ! 2. App update simply changed my registration from Canada to USA WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION...can't be undone...tried to register on Canada site... now says : can't verify your email...CRAP ! 3. I use KardiaMobile 6L EKG.... it worked with previous version..new update only supports the old KardiaMobile device with 2 leads...CRAP ! 4. App asking to to expose my personal data and there is no warning and no way to decline ILLEGAL ! Overall: I wish I would have never bought an Omron device......what headache did they cause and even with 1000's of negative's flying in, they do not respond or give in...meaning: we DO NOT MEAN ANYTHING TO THEM.... faze: bye-bye Omron

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it – new BP graph is terrible
I’m not a fan of the app redesign:
• The new blood pressure graph is much worse than the old one. The old one combined multiple readings for a day in a sensible way, and took into account when each reading was taken when plotting them on the graph. The new app spaces each reading equidistant apart on the x-axis no matter the amount of time between the readings, whether it was five minutes or five months. This make the graph basically useless. The old graph also allowed you to scale the x-axis. Please bring back the old graph! (And then, for bonus points, after you fix the graph, please allow me to export that graph to a PDF, not just in the first year after I buy the device, but forever.)
• I now see my blood pressure monitor wake up on its own every few minutes to check for new reading. Is the new app doing that? It seems so. Is that going to kill the batteries if I don’t leave it plugged in?
