Worked awesome, loved the notifications to remind myself in the morning. Then for some reason it switched from having my Tuesday pickup schedule to saying we had bin pickup, which is false. Notified TWICE, asking them to fix my neighborhood, good lot that’s done. Deleting the app now as it’s useless, since they don’t seem to care about fixing an error. Which is really too bad as I loved the app before this issue, but with months of waiting there’s no point.

My family is now getting better at figuring out what to do with different types of trash - there are a lot of options around the city that we didn’t know about before. Now if we have a question the app gets us the answer faster than if we tried to google it.

Can’t get any results for looking up recycling. It’s a little weird to have the initial address lookup but never see that screen again or ability to change without uninstalling. Tried looking up for friend.

For the seemingly few who diligently care about reducing their personal garbage piles the section on what goes where is extremely helpful. Hopefully mandatory recycling soon arrives in this city...it’s the right thing to do for so many reasons, and this app will help people learn the difference between garbage and recycling.

I like being able to easily search for where to put various discards. I hope it is updated when the city makes the coming changes to our pickup.
Update: I do wish the app would stop asking me to rate it. The request pops up on opening and doesn’t last long enough to click.

This app has changed how I recycle somewhat. It has helped to decide what is appropriate for the blue bag. One example is the “stretch test” for plastic bags. (If it stretches, it goes in recycling). Very useful.

This app looks good, runs smoothly and has lots of great features. The 'what goes where' tool is very handy. Not only does it tell you how to dispose of items it lets you know where your closest Eco Station and Recycling Depot is! This app would be great for people new to Edmonton or anyone who wants to make sure they only put the right things in their garbage and recycling. I can think of a few people who I am going to get to download this app.
