I wish I could rate this app worse.
This app is pathetic. Half the time you select something and that button doesn’t work and by the time it does you’re somewhere else that you didn’t want to be. The page back and page forward buttons randomly just disappear.Quite often the app just closes completely. I tried to put an order in last week and ended up at a dead end. Wound up just using their website( which is the exact same) and thankfully got my order in ( website isn’t much better) I really like long and McQuades stores ( staff is great at the locations I deal with) but this app is enough that I will not buy anything online from them again. Very, very disappointed that a company as big as L and M would cheap out on an app. I wish I could rate this app with a NEGATIVE STAR. Don’t waste your time with this app, save yourself a headache and do your online shopping elsewhere.

Better than the website.. I guess
It is “technically” better than using the website on a mobile device browser (even though it IS just the website). But it would be nice if they polished things up a bit to give it more of a shopping app feel.

Still crap
This app is still an embarrassment and has not changed much in years. Their headhunters.ca section is hilarious. You click a product and the screen gets a grey haze and you can’t do anything but leave the screen.
Seriously using DOS is more fun than this. Caca poopoo peepee!

Update or Remove!
Terrible interface. Search is terrible and the buttons don’t appear to respond half the time, then they do respond and you’ve already pressed something else so it takes you somewhere you didn’t intend. Then it locks and you can’t get back to where you were anyway. Junk.

Useless
Bad UI (looks exactly the same as the desktop/ mobile web page), does not scale to the screen properly, never remembers me for Sign In... etc.
Today I tried to purchase a product from the app, reached a dead end because I could not proceed. The buttons are all broken in the check out process.
There is literally no reason to use the app as opposed to the mobile site; L&M if you’re reading this, hit me up for better app design.

Annoying
Very slow, no indication of loading or buffering after a selection is made. There is a several second lag between clicking a link and having anything happen on your screen.
Drop down menus are laggy and cumbersome. It feels like browsing the internet on a dial up connection.

This app needs major improvements. It’s hard to navigate and no different then the website. It would also be nice to be able to search a specific stores inventory.

Does the job but the fact that I can’t have more than two items at a time in my wishlist drops my rating a couple stars.
Maybe not a big deal for some but I don’t usually have only two items that I’m looking to purchase.

Sorry but this app is horrible. Apps are supposed to make connecting with the content or company easier, not frustrating. This app is frustrating. Oh, and there's no way to go back from anything you're viewing. Brilliant! Ugh.

No back button
Sounds like a minor nit, but without a back button (or gesture) you're much better off using the website. This really is a case for reducing the stars of an app dramatically. It's hard to explain how exasperating the app is to use. Otherwise, this would be three stars.

It has no back button.If for example you search audio interfaces and find one that interests you, if you click it you can't go back to the list of interfaces.You have to search interfaces again.

Much Better!
This app is much better then the previous L&M app still a mobile website. But it's cleaner, easier to navigate and it actually works and let's you properly search the inventory.
