For whatever reason, there doesn’t appear to be any way to add your SCENE card info to your account despite the fact that East Side Mario’s supports SCENE for points and promotions. It makes using the app sort of pointless if you want to collect SCENE points, or take advantage of SCENE promotions.

Tried ordering through the app multiple times but it kept crashing. Once when adding an address, once after adding and order, and twice attempting to checkout.

The only issues I have with the app is that I’m unable to add more than 2 ingredients per dish. I’m never able to have my order baked with cheese due to having both mushrooms and meatballs.

Live the app and used it a couple of times. Only thing I can say is that they need to allow us to order specialty add ons like Shrimp. Or add on more than one item. I can add chicken to my pasta but nothing else. Wanted chicken and shrimp or just shrimp to my Chicken Tetrazzini but cannot :(

We had a great support from the young lady who answered the phone irt our order. We needed to ensure that the pizza was going to be gluten free as we have a person in our household who has Celiac. Ceilly was very helpful and has assured us that the pizza will be gluten free. She also called back to ensure we ordered the correct size pizza. This kind of customer service is what makes us want to go back to East Side Marios.

I have used this app about five times. After you select what you want it shows you what you are ordering and shows the price including delivery. Say $35.00. Then it asks if you want to proceed to pay, at which point it jacks up the price to $45.00. They do not respond to complaints. The restaurant will not take your order if you try to phone it in.
I try the app once in a while, but it always does the same trick, so Boston Pizza will keep getting my business.

The East Side Marios app has been very unstable in the past few months! Used to be a great app, worked perfectly - BUT not anymore.
Sometimes will not launch, or if it does it's almost impossible to place an order!

I am rating only the app here. It worked flawlessly. This is my first time using app and trying the food. I had coupon code and my scene card number to add. I forgot the first time so I called and was able to cancel my order quickly and with no issues. I was able to enter the info easily enough the second time and the order went through as requested. I would use it often as long as the food remains good quality and if they can deliver to where I am at the time. This was a pickup order.
