Accepting the order is great. But a direct pickup time is terrible when your placing mobile orders.
The idea is that the customer would like to skip the line and receive their order ASAP. Otherwise they may as well stand in the line.
Very poor in an age where technology should speed up service

“20% off when you sign up for email” signs are everywhere at Fanshawe College. So I decided, hey, why not.
Downloaded the app, signed up for email, placed an order. While there was an option for “Promo Code”, I never received an email so I just assumed it would automatically apply it.
Nope. Promo code was never sent to me. Promo codes don’t automatically apply to your orders either. So download this app to just get your food “quicker”, but don’t expect any promo codes to work.

I’m Langara College student,
On day April 3rd I made a purchase through the app. Unfortunately the subway store was closed due to a fire in the building.
I contacted the Boost customer service for my refund. The refund was approved in few days and the associate told me I would receive the money within 3-5 business days. I has been 21 days that I am waiting...

Was able to select campus, select item but could not place order, no times available when I was within the hours listed.
I am also unclear why some items that are available all day are only listed under Breakfast eg Bagels.
Also, I am at various campus locations and would like all locations I have ben appear on the venue selection
AND when placing order it should include the campus location name so you can verify you have selected the correct location before completing your order, not just say “Tim Hortons”

I used the app twice and it was awesome, I work at the college and my lunch isn’t long enough to make it to the caf and wait in line so having it ready is a huge help. But then is goes and doesn’t load the menu and just has a white screen showing nothing, rendering it completely useless.
This being used and pushed by so many colleges and then being an app that crashes and won’t work seems ridiculous and just plain stupid. If you’re going to be used all over the province and be promoted in colleges, get your act together and make an app that works, or move over and let a company that can.

The past four times ordering off here, I’ve had to argue with pizza pizza and Tim’s that I did In fact pay. I showed them my visa transactions and “past history” on the app but there is so time on it so they claimed it could have been from earlier in the day. To prevent this take a screen shot of the time you’re supposed to pick up and order details as you cannot see that information again.
Other wise, this app is phenomenal. You get to skip huge lines and actually enjoy your breaks or grab a coffee on the way to class without being late.

What takes the longest in lines isn't the people ordering coffee, but those ordering meals. The app doesn't have all of the menu options on it or any chance to customize your order, so if you want something other than the options listed, you have to wait in line anyway

I had this app it rarely worked last year and I eventually deleted it. Now it's almost a year later and the line ups are huge so like an idiot I thought they must have improved it by now. I have tried for the last two weeks it remembers my account but won't let me add a new or any credit card info every time I try it shuts the whole app down! Totally useless. Obviously making no effort to fix bugs etc. ridiculous
