Tellement peu convivial

Cette application est très peu conviviale. Il faut entré les fichiers et non un dossier ce qui oblige à identifier au nom de chaque personne chaque fichiers. De plus, tous les documents des années précédentes sont permis ceux de cette année, il faut faire des tris. Vraiment pas une application qui rend l’impôt facile à faire, long et pénible.

There has to be a better way

I feel like doing my taxes myself would have been less annoying than trying to communicate with my accountant through these apps. I’m super, super comfortable technology and I HATE this app. I hate the website. It’s just stupid. The help is stupid. Not a single screenshot in the online help?! That’s just stupid. I don’t know who designed this, but I worked as a software designer in the financial industry for years, so I know it’s possible to do better.

Really difficult to upload documents

This app makes it very difficult for uploading documents. It's supposed to be easy, but it took me forever to even figure out where to upload. Then it wouldn't recognize the documents in automatic mode and I had to use manual.
