WHY?!

So now the app just won’t connect to the cameras. Says they’re all offline. Has since the last update. “Bug fixes” are one thing, but at least check that the update works before rolling it out. So tired of the app breaking every time there is an update. Just leave it alone.

Not working....PLEASE FIX

App worked for me for over a year. Now it stopped working and it’s very frustrating. Whatever happened during the last update made the app stop working. PLEASE FIX THIS so that the cameras can be viewed remotely. Keeps trying to connect and then never does. Removed the app, started over and still nothing. If this worked as it used to would be 5 stars. Hope this gets fixed soon🤞

Whats wrong with people?

Dont believe all the 1 star ratings. I have an iphone 6+, nothing new or weird, I connected the base to my router, cameras setup, downloaded app and followed the instructions. This thing is awesome. The connection speed lags at times but within 20 minutes I had this setup on my phone and watching all 5 cameras as I wanted. Closed, reopened, tested from down the street at the store. No problems. I have to go ahead and say if this didnt work for someone it is an ID-10-T error and not the hardware or software.
This Smonet security camera system might be one of the best things I have ever purchased for the house. Highly recommend.

Garbage. Time Out. no Recording

Kittyhok / Smonet / EseeCloud camera system bought on Amazon comes with this software. Can’t view recordings anymore just 8 months after buying the camera system. Looks like they just keep changing names after bad reviews keep coming out.

Not a well made app.

My big issue is that I believe when I use the security system it knocks out one of my chromecast devices. I have to reboot my internet, WiFi router and each chromecast device to reboot my system after I shutdown the EseeCloud app.
The app itself does what it claims to though.

Not reliable, can’t play detected motion from this app

This app and IP pro are the same. Both are unreliable. App always crashes, can’t replay video, can’t delete devices, etc...
