There are constant problems and most of the support technicians on the live support team don't appear to understand the technical issues and have no real way of resolving them. For the price they charge, SaferVPN should ensure its service works and that when the VPN served is on, one can actually go on the Internet. I started experiencing problems a few months ago.

This app is crap as soon as VPN is on there is absolutely nothing you could do with the internet . Internet won’t open at all. Would be very nice if could get my money back .

App works as it should. Good price and up to 5 devices. Good customer service. Only issue I encountered was on my iPhone the VPN has trouble keeping a stable connection sometimes. As it had auto-reconnect if it loses a connection it will repeatedly fail to reconnect until I manually disconnect and try a different region. I have just reinstalled the app after restarting my phone as instructed by their customer service so hopefully that resolved the issue. On my laptop it works fine however if I connect to a VPN network and go onto Netflix, they block me from viewing shows as they have flagged my VPN conduction. However if I disconnect from the VPN but leave the application open, I can then watch the show. Not sure why that works but it does. Otherwise no other issues works great, doesn’t slow my connection in any significant way

"Failed to fetch"

Latest version resolved the slow connection speed however the auto reconnect feature still does not work. Have to go through the app to reactivate the VPN every time the phone goes to sleep. Also been 2 months since SaferVPN stopped supporting Netflix unblocking.

SaferVPN is by far the fastest, raw speed and solid VPN I have ever used. Try the free trial and see it for yourself. Only one BIG negative: User who want U.S Netflix - it's a NoGo. Does not work. ExpressVPN is what I currently use just because of Netflix, but the best raw speed is found using SaferVPN.

I have only recently joined as I still subscribe to IPVanish. I was having problems getting BBC and STV which are the only 2 channels that I use VPN for. IPVanish could do nothing about this problem, but Safer VPN do everything in their power to make sure I am happy. The customer service is exemplary and I will not be using IPVanish in the future. The price is also better than any other VPN that I have used. Still having a problem getting STV, but BBC is great, and I'm confident that they are doing everything in their power to correct this.

After update today it is not letting me connect

Tried this company because of cheap price. They do not have as many servers as other VPNs, but very easy to set up, and so far, hasn't been blacklisted by certain movie and TV web sites.
