I’m trying to get rid of this app, but I keep getting emails saying that they’re trying to charge me still (but my credit card is an old one, thankfully). Be careful before downloading this one, for this reason. I never even used it, so I can’t comment on how good it is if you actually need it.

I just downloaded this app and I was loving it. Even though it was a bit limiting at first I found ways around it. But half way through my design I noticed it became really slow and painful to do anything. I would have to wait ages just to duplicate an item and many more difficulties:(

Don’t download this app. This isn’t how software should be sold. I’d be angrier but once using the app, I laughed at how pitiful and rigid the features are. Your app is crap and I’d tell you to be ashamed but anyone who would make an app like this and sell it for 5.50 a week has probably conditioned their sick mind not too.

The easiest tool you can use to make intricate graphic design. You don’t need a computer or some fancy software. You can just whip out your phone, and get started on whatever you want to make
It’s pretty easy to learn too once you get the hang of it

APP STUCK ON RESTRICTED FREE TRIAL VERSION, DESPITE MY PAYING FOR “PRO” VERSION! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS APP, IT IS COMPLETELY GLITCHY!
I really should have taken all those 1 star reviews seriously! App offered free 7 day trial, but with quite a few restrictions. Still, I wanted to give it a fair chance, and opted to pay for the full version with a subscription for one month. It sucks.

I downloaded this app being able to create stuff and I did but nOW AFTER SOME TIME I WANT TO CREATE MORE STUFF AND WHAT DO I FIND! I CAN’T MAKE ANYTHING ANYMORE. Assembly is by far the best graphic and logo design software out there; the tools in this app allow you to make any shape you could possibly think of and with the ability to import your own fonts, your imagination is the only limit! Well worth the yearly subscription fee!

I deleted this program before even trying it as soon as I saw that the “one week free trial” was based on an automatic weekly subscription. I also see in other posts that even during the so called “free trial” you can’t really try out the program. This kind of “bait and switch” marketing is becoming too prevalent with iPad based software. The uncritical 5 star ratings are also a tad suspect as well. If a product is actually good you don’t need insecure marketing techniques to sell it.

I hate how every app has to have a “subscription” for everything, I can only create limited (1) projects, I can’t export as a photo so what’s the point, basically anything is limited to “pro” users, except for the basic shapes and 2 other shapes. To have everyone to rate 5 stars, remove pro. Seriously I hate apps that have to have some kinda subscription. Just improve the app and remove this.

When I first looked at Assembly, I thought it was an interesting concept but I’d probably have little use for it.
Was I ever wrong.
I use Assembly with so many other apps like Sketch, Affinity Designer, Principle etc. to do quick things as well as complex projects. It’s very intuitive, easy and I can see this community growing as well for add-ons and ideas. Assembly is the perfect assistant I need for my work in UX/UI Design as well as branding.

I think this is a great app for designing more efficiently and I would definitely invest in it if I knew I’d use it constantly but it’s hard to predict whether I’d get full use of it or not. I know there’s an option to subscribe weekly or monthly but as someone who likes to create projects here and there it’s not something I’d want to buy each time I feel like using it. I would prefer to buy the full version of the app knowing I have the freedom to create at my own discretion and without having to feel guilty about not using it as much as I should be. It’d be nice if the app had a payment model like sketch where you get a year full of updates and you get to keep the old version once it expires. It just seems more enticing to me to invest in because it feels less like a money grab to me and more like a membership where you want to be part of an exclusive club but don’t feel pressured to buy into it in fear of losing out your “place” in the community.

Cette app fonctionne très bien et ne plante pas.
Je déplore l’absence d’un ou deux outils de dessins (plume, pinceau) pour accélérer le processus de création de formes plus complexes. En effet, j’ai davantage l’impression de jouer à un casse-tête en assemblant mes formes vectorielles plutôt que de dessiner, mais cela peut simplement être vu comme une approche du dessin vectoriel tout aussi valable qu’une autre.
Le système de groupement des formes marche bien et est primordial étant donné l’absence de calques.
App parfaite pour créer des stickers, emoji, icônes... L’exportation des fichiers est possible en plusieurs formats pratiques pour, entre autres, retravailler si besoin sur l’ordinateur.

I found this app very helpful! This app has no watermarks or ads. Very nice interface. Lots of useable shapes! It saves in high definition and has very simple yet extremely precise tools to help you make the perfect image! I use this for my art and logo design! Would recommend this app to anyone with an artistic side or any graphic designer! Very little skill required and you end up with a masterpiece with the simplest of shapes!
