I can’t connect to internet and it won’t allow me to contact support no matter how many times I press the “contact support” option.

Meh
Eero Secure will tell you it blocked something but not what it blocked, so you can’t do anything about it. Stupid! The hardware and software is lagging behind the competition and the company doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to make improvements. The customer feedback process is needlessly irritating. I’m not going to jump through hoops to help you make your product better. Sorry. If you’re looking for innovation, keep looking.

Stable, functional and easy to use app.
App is straight forward and easy to use. Minimalist interface and enough options and configurations are available with easy access. App didn’t fail on me so far. The app interface is very good. You can manage everything easily. Anybody can use this app without help. Keep up the good work Eero team!

Wont let me log in and note sending verification codes...
Extremely disappointing- cannot log in because app will not send a verification code. The app sure does ask for a lot without delivering anything of value. going to return the product, wifi is not better but actually worse in the house and the app doesnt work?

Eero Labs Missing
The app works great for my needs but a recent update seems to have made Eero Labs disappear. Am I missing something?

I was excited when they added the pause feature on individual wifi devices. But now that I try it, it doesn’t work, it does nothing.

Latest update broke activity
After updating activity view is not longer functional. Otherwise a great app for an awesome device. Wish it also had a web interface.

Excellent
This app has a modern UI and a slick onboarding experience. I have no problems managing devices and adjusting settings whenever I use the app. A VC-backed Silicone Valley experience that successfully exited to Amazon.

EEros
A product they’ve been working on for ages. I had it installed and within a week removed. I have full home wireless. I had to get three pods.
What it came down to, 6 technicians to my home one after the other passed the leaving another technician to come to our home. Then twice I had to return hardware to stores because orders were not opened, but if they were, were not closed leaving the rerun of hardware as my responsibility.
I finally had enough and called and asked to have service removed; put it back to the old cable system. Wouldn’t do it. Sent a letter to CRTC and Rogers. Within hours of either company getting my email, I received a call.
Telling me everything they couldn’t do.
I told them I want my first two months reimbursed. We finally haggled to $100 credit and a couple free boxes for two months.

Garbage
Looks pretty but terrible dysfunctional. Putting lipstick on a pig. Regret buying the mesh network. And constantly tries to up sell me. Over paying for it, they should not charge for the “premium” features.

This update partially Fixes the HomeKit data leak!!!
Please fix the HomeKit data leakage. This update slows down how much data is used but it’s still using a megabyte every few minutes causing us to run out of monthly data!!!

Alexa connecting again
Every time I update the app it becomes a guessing game to see if we can connect to Alexa. This time it is working again but the last update broke it. Please be more aware of things you break when trying to make it better!

Roll back the update
The redesign is horrific. Is this the benefit Eero users are getting from Eero being purchased by Amazon? Every tap is an exercise in futility. Things that were easy in the past, like adding a nickname to a new device, is either impossible or hidden somewhere I can’t find it. Please roll this back to the previous version. If not, then you have guaranteed that when I upgrade to Wi-Fi 6, I will never buy another Eero. I used to recommend this product to friends. This software change means that people are better off with the generic boxes that come with their ISP.

UI Update removed key features
Why remove valuable features in an update?
I was pleasantly surprised by the old UI when I got this router. With no rhyme or reason the UI was overhauled and I can no longer rename devices to tell what is what.
Now there are a dozen devices with arbitrary names and no way to tell if I recognize the device when it connects again.
Bring back renaming wifi devices, or just roll back the update that nobody wants.
If you want to “improve”, maybe automatically suggest manufacturer name based on MAC addresses so customer can identify what device is what.

It seems the functionality to check when people were on the system last and the ability to boot people off the system permanently no longer exists - bring it back please!!

Update is terrible!
The UI in the updated app is terrible. There was nothing wrong with the previous UI, this was a rewrite for the sake of a rewrite. On top of that, if the information that Eero is now owned by Amazon is true, I will be deleting my services and looking for new hardware. This puts Amazon at a core level on my network, something that I am not comfortable with.

Pisses me right off when these developers put out Updates, that they say will do something better, and it’s worse. So called Update for Canada, making the WiFi better. NOT....

Love it.
Set up was super simple and it works great. I have one thing I’d like for them to add though, the ability to see who is on the guest network. It shows everybody on one list and it doesn’t tag them as guest or non guest. I’d like for it to do that.

Used to be good...
Since firmware 3.14 and later versions, I constantly get UPnP issues and dropped connections. Support blames it on some software even tough nothing has changed in that aspect for years on my part.
Eero used to be super reliable unfortunately this is no longer the case.

2.4ghz network option??
It’s disappointing that these routers are so good signal and speed wise but so limited software wise.
I’d love to see an option for creating a temporary 2.4ghz network so that at least my devices have a chance to get on if they can’t differentiate between the combined 2.4/5ghz network.
Also, it’s ridiculous to see that the new software supports &)@;ing emoji in network names but doesn’t allow for basic SNMP monitoring or the aforementioned 2.4ghz problems. I guess Eero developers have determined that Emoji are more important than modern devices being able to connect to the network.

My wifi randomly cuts out and is very slow and the app does help fix the problem.

Product is phenomenal
Best wifi I’ve ever had in terms of simplicity and coverage. Thing I don’t like is when my internet goes down I can’t reach the router from inside my own network through the app. Not a deal breaker but confusing to troubleshoot.

Fantastic Performance with support for iPad / iPhone
Replaced an Archer C7 router with this. Faster yes, but it was the simplicity that won me over. The App is dead simply to use too. All in all, robust. Recommended.

Dead simple and rock solid
The app is the easiest and most intuitive WiFi management I’ve ever used. Super friendly guided actions and options to remotely reboot devices although I’ve never needed to do it unlike my previous router. Worth the money.

Can’t manage my router
The app logged me out and now won’t let me log back in. I never get the verification code and when I try to have it re-sent it fails

Worthless application
Have Rogers 1gb ignite with this system I am only getting 300 mbps I contacted week support and they told me this system can’t handle more than that I have older $79 router and I am getting better speed in that one not worth the money.

Great App and Wifi
Love this app. So easy to use and setup my home wifi.
My only complaint can’t you build an iPad app. It would be nice to be able to manage my network from my iPad.
