For several years, I have been looking for a tool to keep all my tasks in one place. I own 2 companies and I’m also doing my MBA for Executives. Plus, I have 2 children. The workload I manage is crazy.
Finally, I tried this app and I immediately switched to a PRO plan, because now I can do everything:
1. Easily add new tasks for myself
2. Tag them depending on the business they are related to, family activities, studies, my family and companies finances, etc.
2 days ago, I was also participating in a conference. I was simply adding new prospects and leads to my app with a date I should follow up with these people and notes regarding the subject of our upcoming conversation. Now, I’m back from a conference and I have a list of calls, to make, subjects to discuss and due dates for each call. This is fantastic.
This app is the best option to add thing “on the go” and to make sure I will “get them done”.
I’m very picky and this is the 1st time I’m so satisfied!

This is a very good tasks app aiming at implementing a complete GTD methodology.
To get to 5 stars, here is a list of improvements I’d like to see:
1) easy 1-click access to next actions for today (based on due date), to be able to focus quickly on tasks to be done today.
2) easy 1-click access for tomorrow’s actions, to be able to plan ahead.
3) easy 1-click access to lists (people, tags,...)
4) more frequent updates, scrolling bug fixes, better web UX

Label me impressed.
I can’t count how many GTD implementation attempts I’ve reviewed and been disappointed with. This one is clean and well designed - easy to use. I’m not a fan of subscriptions but the fee is reasonable given there’s a fully functioning we app.

Son seul petit défaut est que les libellés ne sont qu'en anglais. Tout le reste est fabuleux. C'est la première application qui respecte l'essence même de GTD. Les interfaces mobiles et web sont professionnelles. Le coût annuel vaut la peine pour la qualité livrée ! Cet outil est la base de mon workflow professionnel et personnel grâce à la gestion des domaines de responsabilité qui permet de garder le focus !
