Unwanted undeletable folders

Using iPhone and windows 10
Uninstalled Ky 2 but it left a locked folder in my iCloud Drive that only appears in my windows 10 iCloud directory. Can’t move it can’t delete it.
Help section of website is useless - there’s no way to submit a q without giving away more personal information. Not happening.
Happy to adjust the review if the devs help me out

Not my favorite ereader any more.
Very disappointed. Paid for Kybook1Pro and expected at least the absence of ads in the 2 version in the reading area.

This book has absolutely everything I was looking for in an E-book reader and sooo much more!!
I was just looking to replace iBooks with something that let me annotate PDFs, including locked PDFs. This app though - it has EVERYTHING. It has every feature iBooks has and extras - there’s a dictionary, text size, font, margins, night mode, pages or continuous scrolling, and even text to speech!!!
And this app lets you import books from anywhere - which is next to impossible for an iPhone app, with the annoying complex iBooks / iCloud / iTunes sync system. Highly highly recommended!!!

This does everything the other mobi readers do plus everything else that all the PDF and ePub readers do. It is the app to pay for — other mobi readers are dishonest and since you cannot try before you buy on the app store I have been duped before. Not with KyBook. My only real complaint is with the app store itself: I have searched for mobi readers before and all the other junk ones rank far higher in the search results. I barely found this one and it is the one I wanted!!! 5 stars for this app, 1 star for the bad-faith app store.

No doubt that Kybook2 is the best eBook reader on the Appstore but it’s getting really old. I’m receiving odd error messages in cloud book layout like ‘request time out’ ,‘url not supported’ , file not found , ... please solve these problems. Also bing translation gives an error and is not working anymore. Some epubs does not show up correctly , it looks that the epub engine is old too .The program really needs an update or I’ll switch to Marvin3 . Please either update the current version or release kybook 3 as soon as possible. I’m ready to but it ( no subscription just one time purchase , I don’t pay even 1 penny for subscription based apps).

Kyreader has every advantage I've seen offered in other readers but without the annoying ads or pop ups asking you to purchase a pro version. Though it's still new to me I've found no faults and am very happy to have found it. Well done and thank you to the creator of this well written programme, keep up the great work.

Readers abound, yet so much on the net isn't worth reading. When there is something worth reading though, Kybook is perhaps one of the best instruments with which to read it. By comparison, the Apple bookshelf feels repressive, and the simple access and integration to spoken text is enjoyed often while resting my eyes.
Access to multiple library sources is also done well.
The overall flow of usability is not perfect, but no other reading app is better imho. If the author smooths out the interface somewhat, then this app will be a home run.
