Wish Ipsy had more for us Canadians.. I tried to buy some stuff on the app and it kept saying it doesn’t ship this way... bummer!!! I really do like Ipsy a lot, but because it doesn’t have more options for Canadians I don’t love it... XO

It was gud but in my last bag product was damaged
Only had the App for a short while as I recently reactivated my membership (no app when I first joined). Mostly good experience, except yesterday I tried to order a couple of the offers of the day using the App, but it wouldn’t work. By the time customer service sent a response the items I wanted were sold out.

This app seems like a scam because the products are poor quality and whenever I try to cancel my subscription it tells me to check my email for a confirmation but they never send it.
At first I liked it but then I deleted the app and logged out but I still kept getting them and they are taking my money, not worth it

Rated your stupid app and now it won’t even open, stuck on a white screen now thanks. When it was working it was very frustrating always having to scroll half way down the main page to get to the old subscriptions area and when I click on them and then an item, instead of having a simple back button I have to go all the way back to the main page and go through all that nonsense over and over just to get to an item that was in my old bag or to find their tracking info. Should just remove the whole shopping page from the Canadian app while you’re at it since we can’t buy anything from it.
First off the makeup I have received are all makeup I’ve been missing out on.
The makeup in the Glam Bags that is included in the monthly fee are all high end products. My favourite is the add-ons you get for a quarter of the price from your makeup store!
The app is very easy to use and very user friendly! :) love love LOVE the subscription.
I just started the Glam Bags May 2020. Of course right in COVID, so it did take forever to get to me in Canada. I wasn’t really sure what I was doing and I did add an “add on”, which came with the bag when I did finally get it in June. So I received June, July and Aug came today. Right in time to respond for my Sept bag. Only problem is I can’t really rate anything until I actually try the products a month later. So I am a month behind, but still really like it. The App itself could be better. It would be nice to rate the actual bag as well and be more user friendly. I will see how things go over the next couple months.
Trash!!!! I ordered a Glam Bag for the first time and I fill out all the questions about my preference and everything and when I received it, nothing was like I answered. First, it’s not full size product as they say and even the eye cream wasn’t enough for both of my eyes!! And in the questionnaire, they asked me to select specific brands and none of them was in my bag. It’s not worth it!! I suggest you to invest your money in something else. Very disappointed..
Wish Canadians were able to get more than just the glam bag and wished we could use ipsy shop also.
I have a few monthly beauty subscription I do review on my YouTube channel. I’ve had my subscription for almost a year. I’ve had no bags show up, broken products 3 times and usually when I redeem my points I don’t receive the items. I was very excited when first signing up but quickly began to become very frustrated. I live in Canada so there isn’t a huge option or selection for options. To me the sample sizes aren’t useful and I will be cancelling shortly because who can compete with boxycharm’s full size products!
Bags take more than a month to arrive and I’ve been told twice now that add-ons I’ve paid for are not available. They’re complete crap! I wish I could give them a 0. They try to make it seem like they’re this great company, when really they have the worst customer service ever!
I wish that they would ship to Canada, sample bags are great but I would purchase much more products if ever available to us Canadians!! 😊👍
While I love the glam bag and the products that I receive, I have been experiencing several issues each month and having my glam bag arrive almost 2 weeks late. It’s August 11 today and I’m currently still waiting for my July bag. Their customer service is no help, every time I contact them I get an automated response. I’m thinking of cancelling with this company; it’s not worth waiting 6 weeks for some makeup.

So i have the monthly ipsy bags, so this recommendation is for the bags; I think you should add a part of the app where it’s like “things I want in my bags” and we can write some items we wish to have in one of our bags at some point,
Since the pandemic started Ipsy bags have been sent months later or not at all. Half of the people I know who get Ipsy up here in Canada haven’t gotten their packages and the add ons are constantly cancelled and refunded 2 weeks later. You can’t purchase anything from the pop up shops if you aren’t in America. All of the emails stating these issues are sent weeks after purchasing add ins. I’ve had Ipsy for 3.5 years now and I’m pretty upset that I’m not able to purchase items that would be a great deal but not available in my region anymore. This wasn’t an issue until April 2020. Don’t expect to get an Ipsy bag during the month that it’s advertised for. My June bag didn’t make it to me until later in July. Also don’t even read the emails they send you if your Canadian, cause all the deals do not apply to you.

It’s a cute little box, very slow shipping. I ordered the July bag and still haven’t gotten it, and am already having to place for August.

I don’t receive any notifications when it’s time to choose an item for my monthly bag. I also can’t go direct to package tracking because the app follows a set timeline so if you miss the chance to grab a tracking number, that’s it! No more options. There is no static spot to check. This is especially frustrating for Canadians. The shipping already takes longer, and we should be prioritized to get ours out right away to ensure we have enough time to receive and rate our products before the next month.
The products are decent, but the process and the app need a lot of work to be truly functional and to offer a proper client experience.
Here are some of the great features of the Ipsy app:
1. It won’t load anything at all and just give a white screen
2. It will freeze and you can’t do anything
3. It won’t allow you to go back to certain sections once you’ve clicked out of it

I have been with FC for many years and absolutely love their subscription. I have never really had any issues and whenever I have their customer service is top notch. The only problem I have is that I am in Canada and I cannot get the Ipsy glam bag plus or ultimate and I cant you shop or those are the only parts that bother me and I wish that that would change very soon other than that absolutely love them!
They have stolen at LEAST 400$ from me without me even verifying my account
Absolutely love it! Wish they would substitute the bag for a product but...lol!! So fun to get every month!!!
For the regular monthly price it’s okay. The products I received were nice but nothing special. Pretty much everything that came in my boxes are from a drugstore. The big name brands that were advertised and sold me on getting IPSY have never come sadly.

I found this app used your card info saved.. even if you asked them to delete your account they will delete that but you will still get emails from their website including your card information written on it
Ipsy is the best thing I ever signed up for it made my makeup life so much easier and better cause I can try new products and also get more refills of the products I always use. So please sign up and watch the magic happen. I can promise you that you won’t be disappointed and regret signing up.

I love now you can add the “Add ons” for a cheap price’ only thing that is sad that it comes the end of the month other then that I Love my Ipsy 4 stars Except one and that is for mailing wished they sent right on the 1st
I have tried to unsubscribe twice now and you guys are still taking money out of my account and sending me bags, I would really enjoy a refund from my July glam bag that I DIDNT ask for nor want. That money was being saved for something and you guys keep stealing it so stop please
As of late, information had been slow. There’s been a lot of glitches with things showing up in bags that aren’t supposed to be, shipping dates are off etc. Would be great again once all the bugs are out.

Only problem is you don’t sens other than sample bag to Canada, but everything else is really good
It’ll take you 20 minutes to do anything at all on this app because it lags so much. Pretty much I possible to cancel a membership. And even after spending 30 minutes TRYING to cancel and saying that I’ll skip a month it STILL consistently charges my credit card which I didn’t sign up for!!!!!
