I have been running Markup for a couple of years now, and I believe it’s a must have tool for everyone! Can’t imagine not having it anymore as I use it daily. Developer is great and fast with responding to questions. This is a no-brainer, just BUY IT!!!

Does not work on iPad Pro 9.7” running iOS 11.2.6. Cannot select any photos from photo library.
To be honest, now that this is built in to iOS when taking screen caps, and also when editing images inside the photos app, there’s not much reason to have this app anymore, is there?
