I just got my Mogocard and I’m struggling to use it. The app keeps telling me “Houston we have a problem” and that there’s a connection issue when I am trying to put my very first balance on the card. It does this over and over, after three turns of the purple waiting circle.

Credit card was the only good thing about this Mogo, as I hate consumer debt, but they took away the cash back offering for some virtue signalling CO2 offset or what’re nonsense. The rest is subpar and unimpressive, maybe the mortgage rate and bitcoin are ok. That’s about it. The company will go nowhere cause they offer nothing special.

I lost trust in this company and I don’t recommend it anymore. I had a loan and I was paying on time 100% accounting for lower rate after good history of payments. Well never happens as my Lon was sold to other company with my knowledge. So don’t trust MOGO as once you have loan, who know they might sell you to other company with your knowledge. The app is good.

While Mogo is a free app, it’s what you get that disappoint. Between Mogo and TransUnion (Costco MasterCard) my credit score has an 11% differential error. Imagine if Mogo is your main and only source of Credit Scoring, you are doomed to fail in any Credit request, because of their inaccurate matrix.

Supposed to give me my credit score, and it didn’t. Mogo credit score is always much less than any other credit reading out there. Even ones from the bank or credit cards.

I’ve been on waitlist for the Mogo spend Card since 2018. I have emailed customer support about it multiple times and always got a different reply, once they told me they had issues with the physical card issuer then they told me they have a selection criteria, but if that is the case why say that you have a waitlist?

Could be better. If Credit Karma included squid ax I wouldn’t use this app. At least with credit karma you can see what inquiries have been made and what is on your report! This one tell you nothing!
