Description

The Co-operators Benefits Now® app allows plan members to submit and manage claims on the go so you have more time for what matters most. No more scanning and attaching paperwork; simply snap a photo and upload it along with your claim if required. Even your pay-direct drug card can be found within the app. If any claims require your attention after you’ve submitted them, you can respond at your convenience. You can also view your benefit maximums and how much coverage you have used at any time using Benefits Now®.

It was all good until this January or February, every time I try to sign in it says “GeneralError” and then returns to the login page again. Until today March 18, 2020 I still can’t log in. Very frustrating.

I’d like to see the ability to add an attachment other than a photograph on the mobile document. I use a scanner app which makes a much cleaner pdf image of the document than a photo of the document.

This app continues to forget my login information forcing me to dig out my benefit card to login. Very inconvenient. If they could solve this issue and get Touch ID working properly I would give it 5 stars but this issue is too large to ignore.

Since the last update I am unable to see the claims I have submitted. I keep getting an error message, and then nothing shows. Also the claims seem to take far too long to be completed & funds returned. Other than that, this is a good app.

The app works similar to the website however feels quicker, one thing that would be nice to see is a passbook drug card instead of opening the app.
