Technology and The instructor

I am a fitness instructor. I think that my fellow instructors below are right. This should not be promoted as a CD. Big Mistake. It should have another option of downloading the whole CD as ONE-TRACK. I have played a lot with mixing and merging and stuff like that. The minute one tries to use the burn to CD, GAPS will show, no matter how sophisticated your approach is. So to keep our CD users satisfied, I would recommend them buying the actual CD's. They are very expensive compared to the prices on ITUNES. The other approach is having a technical friend do a little magic on the tracks in a software like SONY CD architect or any other professional CD creation software to create a proper CD. I don't know how that goes with copyrights so watch out for the fine print.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Nearly everyone has an iPod now, and on the iPod the hits are continuous. I cannot imagine ever buying a CD again. I know of even elderly music collectors embracing iPod. So Please stop burning and buying CD's. iPod is the way to go!
The tracks are also pretty good! Some of the songs are improved with the dance/cardio beat. Such a fresh take on these well played songs.

I listened to each of the samples; and this by far is the worst album ever. All it is, is songs sped up with a little background noise. You could easily do it by yourself and put it on your iPod. Not worth the buy.

There really is no need for covering and mixing all of these songs I mean some of the originals were bad enough......

I think all these power music workout cds are great! Everyone keeps posting comments on how the music stops between songs. Of course it will when burned to a CD because your CD player stops between tracks. If you want to use it for teaching a class (which I do) you need to put it on your ipod in a playlist then the songs each play into each other and there is a good consistant tempo. You can by a very inexpensive adapter to plug your ipod into any stereo system - worth it!

this cd stops after each song! I thought since it said nonstop that it would be continuous and I could use it to teach a step class, ABSOLUTELY not.
