Lately, I've been noticing Delerium albums falling into a trap of having several really great songs mixed with some really pedestrian efforts. Their newest album falls short of a full five stars for that reason, in my book.

Tracks like Angelicus and Indoctrination are two of the highlights, showcasing Delerium's skilled grasp of genre fusion and composition. Kristy Thirsk once again graces the Delerium pallet with her brilliant ethereal qualities on Self-Sabateur, a song which almost achieves greatness but stumbles on upbeat sections which seem totally out of place on a song which establishes itself as a gorgeous moody piece.

All told it's not quite up to par for Delerium's more even efforts such as Karma, Sensorium, and Poem, but if you're a fan you'll definitely find something to love here.

Jai vu le spectacle DELIRIUM j'ai été emporté par la magie de la musique. Quel envoutement. La fusion parfaite pour nos deux sens les plus importants,la vue et l'ouie.Le disque est à la mesure du spectacle et même un peu plus!

Delerium.......yes it's true.....Delerium and Isabel!! This magic never stops. Buy it...love it.

What a wonderful CD, earthly sounds and ghostly images. Can't want to enjoy it up north on a long hike.

A great follow up to Chimera.... This cd, has a great ensemble of guest vocalists.

I look forward to the singles coming out!
