Delightful music with authentic instruments. Creates a wonderful environment for meditation. Each piece is generous in length. Transition between parts is smooth and intelligent, decreasing to indicate a change and a small bell to indicate the ending and start of the next piece. All first seven songs are accompanied by a calming flute sound and the Solar Plexus part has rich buddhist chants. Following there is a second set of 7 pieces that only have the tibetan bowls and which if you can sit still long enough will help you greatly in prolonging your meditation. The artwork is also very well presented. Highly recommended for Chakra meditation or for that matter any type of meditation. I only wish I had discovered this gem 10 years ago when it came out. Or maybe I was not prepared?
